Q: How long does 1 bottle of 100ml facial foam cleanser last?

A: Depending on individual usage, for daily usage of il Polpo facial foam cleanser twice a day with 4 to 5 pump each time would last about 2 months.

Q: What is the shelf-life of my products?

A: If left unopened, our products have a 2-year shelf life. Upon opening, we highly recommend that products are used within 12 months, for best results.

Q: Are there any storage requirements for my il Polpo products?

A: We recommend you to store products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry environment.

Q: Can I use other products with il Polpo?

A: Yes, you can use other products with il Polpo skincare products, just be sure to stay away from products with toxic ingredients.

Q: Are il Polpo products Paraban, Sulphate and Alcohol free?

A: All our products are Paraben, Sulphate and Alcohol free. We focus on young skin needs and only use ethically sourced, high quality ingredients that are non-toxic.

Q: Is il Polpo cruelty-free?

A: We never test on animals and are 100% cruelty-free.

Q: How do you test for product safety?

A: Each product undergoes stringent safety testing at both the ingredient and product level. Our products go through heavy metal and microbial testing.

Q: How often should I use the il Polpo Facial Foam Cleanser?

A: You may use according to your needs as the product is specially formulated for gentle cleansing and does not dry the skin after wash.

Q: Are the products suitable for all skin types?

A: Yes, il polpo products is suitable for all skin types to use daily.

A: We source high-quality and material from around the world to produce the best products for our customers.

 

Shipping

Q: Where does il Polpo ship to?

A: We ship locally and internationally to most countries. If your country of residence is not listed at our check out, please email us at enquiry@ilpolpo.co and we will advise further.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: It varies depending on your shipping location;

Shipping locally within Singapore:
- We take 1-2 business days to process your order and 3-5 business days for the estimated delivery time.
International Shipping:
We take 2-4 business days to process your order and 5-7 business days for the estimated shipping time.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Upon successful payment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from il Polpo. You will be able to track the status of your product delivery from the email link.

Q: My tracking link is not working.

A: If the tracking link is not functional after 2 business days from when you received your shipping confirmation email, drop us a note at enquiry@ilpopo.co and our Customer Representative will assist you.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping within Singapore for orders above SGD 80.

Q: How do customs duties work for international orders?

A: Customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees, taxes or import duties levied by your country of residence. Please be aware that these fees are normally be collected by the shipping agent upon delivery.

 

Order & Billing

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?

A: You can only use 1 promo code per order. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Q: What currency is the website in?

A: All prices are currently displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollar). We are working to launch a new feature on our site, that will show prices in local currency automatically.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard as well as PayPal and Paynow.

Q: When does my credit card get charged?

A: As soon as your order is placed, your credit card will be charged. 

 

Returns

Q: I received a damaged/ wrong product. What do I do?

A: We apologies for the unpleasant experience.

Rest assure that it rarely happens, products may be damaged during shipment process. Drop us your experience enquiry@ilpolpo.co within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be more than happy to assist you on this.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: Some simple steps;

Return: If you would like to return your products— please get in touch with us at enquiry@ilpolpo.co with your order details within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what went wrong.
If the reasons for return are valid, please ship products back to us within 7 days of receiving it, bearing all return shipment costs. For hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept used products that are returned.
Refund: Your refund will be processed after the products have been received, reviewed, and have been approved for return. Please allow 14 business days for the refund (excluding all shipping charges) to reflect in your account based on your bank's operating timelines.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: We are only able to process order cancellations within 1 business day of the order placement. Cancellation requests submitted after 1 business day will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Write to us at enquiry@ilpolpo.co to request an order cancellation with your order number.
